Christmas in Mali

The first leg of the trip was by horsecart.

Dogon Country
This one is for Tyler's parents photo album.
They grow gardens on the plateau. Nice hiking.
The Dogons live on the cliffs.
Ryan meditates next to the argument hanger. If two people are mad they talk there problems out under the 1m high roof. It supposedly keeps the conversation from becoming violent.
The guide liked to call me the "little peuhl". This is me in my traditional fulani gear.
